What does the generator do?
The generator uses friendly percentages (10, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 60, 75, 80) and numbers that give a whole-number answer.
How to solve
Remember: 1 % is one hundredth. Percent of a number = (% × number) ÷ 100. To recover the whole: whole = (part × 100) ÷ percent.
