What does the generator do?
The generator shows four 2D layouts of six squares. Only one of them is a valid cube net (folds into a cube). The other three are similar but cannot be folded into a cube.
How to use it
Imagine each layout as a paper with 6 squares. Try to fold it in your head (or on paper). A valid cube net has 6 squares connected at edges, and when folded all 6 faces meet without gap or overlap. The most common net is the cross — four squares in a row with one above and one below.
