This exercise mixes perimeter and area questions about rectangles and squares — the two most common shapes in real-world geometry. Perimeter goes around the edge; area covers the inside. They use different units (m vs m²) and different formulas — make sure to pick the right one.
What does this generator do?
Picks one of three patterns — rectangle perimeter, rectangle area, square area — and chooses whole-number side lengths.
How to use it
Rectangle perimeter: 2 × (length + width). Rectangle area: length × width. Square area: side × side. Read the question carefully — is it asking for perimeter (length around) or area (covered space)?
