Multiplication and Division Exercises
Multiplication/Division
Select multiplication table::
Select operation
This page offers an online generator of multiplication and division exercises that allows practicing mathematics according to the chosen difficulty level. Students can gradually practice the multiplication table and division, and after solving an exercise, they can generate a new one with a single click. These exercises are suitable for students in the second and third grades, as well as for home practice.
How the example generator works
To create a new example, simply:
- choose whether it is multiplication or division,
- select the desired multiplication table,
- click the "New Exercise" button,
- calculate the result and enter it in the third field,
- verify the correctness of your solution with the "Check" button.
After solving an exercise, you can immediately generate the next one and continue practicing.
Multiplication Exercises
The generator creates multiplication exercises within the small multiplication table. A student can practice a specific multiplication table (for example, multiplying by 4), or all multiplication tables at once. These exercises are suitable for reinforcing basic multiplication facts.
Division Exercises
In addition to multiplication, the generator also offers division exercises that are directly linked to the multiplication table. The results are always whole numbers so students can focus on understanding the principle of division without unnecessary complexity.
Range of multiplication and division tables
When creating exercises, you can choose which numbers you want to practice:
- All tables - Generates exercises from the entire small multiplication and division table (1 – 10).
- One - Multiplication and division with number 1.
- Two - Multiplication and division with number 2.
- Three - Multiplication and division with number 3.
- Four - Multiplication and division with number 4.
- Five - Multiplication and division with number 5.
- Six - Multiplication and division with number 6.
- Seven - Multiplication and division with number 7.
- Eight - Multiplication and division with number 8.
- Nine - Multiplication and division with number 9.
- Ten - Multiplication and division with number 10.
